Please read the following before requesting a practical test appointment!

1. I'm currently accepting applicants only from within the San Jose district. You must be training at a club or school within the district or own an aircraft that's based at an airport within the district. I apologize, but a policy otherwise would limit slots for applicants within my home district.

2. Please do not ask if you can fly-in from another district and meet me at a bay area airport. The answer is no. See #1 above.

3. I don't have a cancellation list. Only applicants who've put down a deposit and are currently scheduled for a later date have access to cancellations or earlier openings.

4. I don't conduct retests or continuances conducted by another Pilot Examiner. Any scheduled test not completed successfully with another DPE will be a full practical test.

5. Although I hold various authorizations, I am currently only conducting SEL PPL, IFR, and COMM practical tests.
